Peters Owns Truck Series Lead

Daytona Beach, FL, United States (AHN) - Timothy Peters started off the 2010 NASCAR Camping World Trucks Series season with a win at Daytona and now has the points lead four races into the season.

 Peters, the only driver in the series with four top-10 finishes this season, sits atop the points with 666 and 78 points behind is Aric Almirola.

 Former series champion Todd Bodine sits in third with 573 points and rounding out the top-five are Kevin Harvick (560) and Matt Crafton (538).

 Four-time series champion Ron Hornaday Jr. sits in sixth with 488 and in seventh is motocross icon Ricky Carmichael with 478. Rounding out the top-10 is Jason White (477), Tayler Malsam (469) and Kyle Busch (467).

 In positions 11-20 are: Rick Crawford (457) , Austin Dillon (455), Mike Skinner (450), Johnny Sauter (448), David Starr (448), Mario Gosselin (429), Ryan Sieg (397), Stacy Compton (395), Justin Lofton (385) and Brett Butler (384).

 In points positions 21-31 is a group that includes: Norm Benning (340), Jennifer Jo Cobb (334), Johnny Benson (302), Steve Wallace (292), Donny Lia (285), Max Papis (247), Dennis Setzer (246), Donnie Neuenberger (229), Brent Raymer (222), Chris Eggleston (221) and Shane Sieg (192).

 In spots 32-40 are Ryan Hackett (191), Chris Fontaine (191), Brian Ickler (165), Nelson Piquet (150), Brian Johnson Jr. (140), J.J. Yeley (139), Tim Bainey Jr. (134), Brad Sweet (127) and Hermie Sadler (127).
